CONSULTATION:    There will be a one time in person or phone consultation fee of $75 to go over questionnaire per current diet past eating habits, training, and daily activity level per weekly activity level to get an idea of your lifestyle to help aid in developing a cutting edge custom diet to fit your lifestyle and daily energy output. 

DIET:  

I customize personal diet after viewing your progress pictures. Progress pictures will be sent weekly in order to dial you in based upon your individual goal. I provide my client's with basic toning and weight loss or contest preparation all the way up until peak week where I dial clients in with carb depletion, carb loading, and water manipulation to keep body full, tight, and conditioned on contest day.

Throughout my pro career I was trained under the direction and guidance of Mr. Joe Weider as a teen world record holder, teen Mr. USA, all the way through my IFBB pro career (1983 -2002).  I had also trained under the guidance of Arthur Jones, Ellington Darden, Dr. Fred Hatfield, and Dr. Mauro Di Pasquale (1983-2002). Along with their guidance, I was featured on their book covers and provided content based on diet, training, and nutrition. 


Listed below are my services based on my scientific approach to diet and training protocols that worked for me during my 12 years as an IFBB pro, along with my cutting edge training and diet that enabled me to be a 2 x World Record Holder in powerlifting.''

Once signed up for a 4 week training program (monthly contract), the plan consists of corresponding with you weekly after viewing progress pictures and then making any adjustments to training and diet as I see fit. This method will help you to be at the top spectrum of your body's maximum potential.  TRAINING AND 


DIET AND TRAINING:  

This package consists of the above services in a combination package once signed up for a 4 week training program (monthly contract).   


SUPPLEMENTATION: 

Once signed up for a 4 week training program (monthly contract), the supplementation plan consists of the important nutrients and nutritional protocol to help you achieve maximum results. I will make any adjustments to supplementation as I see fit. This method will help you to be at the top spectrum of your body's full potential.  As your coach, I will request progress pics. Then after I review them, I will either tweak your training routines or keep them the same. Consultation will be done via email. My service to customize a training protocol to fit your body's unique weaknesses and strengths is a 4 week training program (monthly contract).  This fee will be based on customizing a 30 day training routine, evaluation of progress pictures, and the follow up the next two weeks to critique your progress and adaptation to workouts and strength levels to the training protocol. At that time I will once again tweak or keep training routine the same.  If you have any other questions don't hesitate to ask. Please fill out the questionnaire for your goals.  


POSING:

Posing is done in hour sessions in person or via skype.
